Consultancy.com is a sub-label of Company GmbHI absolutely terrible customer service here at company mindtechconsultancy.com. Im not sure what kind of software im trying to buy but its been really difficult to get through to the customer service team. Theyre just not that responsive to the general public.This customer service issue has never been resolved and Ive had to call multiple times because they have not called back. Ive also had to send email asking for help with the product purchase. There is no response from the customer service team except to log off and on since last week and things have been very frustrating.

I have never seen customer service or support like this.Company MindTechConsultancy.com provides software mobile web application development services for businesses of all sizes. However their customer service is what we should be concerned about. company does not provide any kind of support for their customers which makes it difficult for users to get through to them. I have had the opportunity to go through their customer service here at company and it seems like they dont care about their customers. Even when I sent them complaints and questions about their service they didnt take me up on them or make any response other than to say that they were closed for repairs because of some natural disaster. So roughly speaking companys customer service is just not worth the effortwatering job they put forth in providing it. Do not rely

They always give you a good value on their products and services. However I have had some bad experiences which are 1 The service was called into customer service twice because they were not working out of the box nor did they have what they said they would 2 I received a phone call from a customer service person after asking them to get my account set up as they did not exist yet 3 I finally got an answer to my question on how to get my free product but the companys response was that they were still working on that. 4 They also left me feeling personified with nothing but began telling me that their team was available 247 and that there was more than enough business for this
