We have had a terrible experience with Ministry of Product. We were promised features that never materialized and then were told our project was too complex for them to complete. In the end we spent over 2000 on their services and only received about 60 of what we thought we would. Do not bother using this company

Ive never had such terrible customer service I contacted ministryofproduct.com about a software development project and was told that my project would be started immediately but then got a call from the developer who said that he couldnt begin the project because he was already working on another project. I asked him to tell me what the other project was and he told me it wasnt related to my original question. Then I received a phone call from the manager of the company who told me that my original inquiry was not within their policy to answer questions about projects without providing more information first. She also told me that she would have to speak with her boss and get back to me. After talking with several other people at ministryofproduct.com I decided against doing any further work on this software development project because the experience has been so frustrating and unprofessional.

Im not sure what this company is all about but it doesnt seem very good. I have used several of the products and it has never worked for me. I have had some software development products and it was always a hassle to get it to work. This one though it works perfectly.This company is actually kind of good - although I dont think my previous experience with their products was always without success.

I have just returned from my first day of work at Company Ministry of Product. I was really excited to get my feet wet in software development product management but quickly realized that this was not the career for me. The hours needed to be spent in the field are too great for someone their only task is to create products that make peoples lives better. Things started well but then everything changed within the first week. The team had finished up their class and they were now left with only 10 students. It was clear that something had to give and so I became one of the many students who took it upon himself to send home with a package of tools and solutions. The last few weeks have been much more challenging as there has been no indication that we will be given another week back on track.
