This company is terrible. We have never had any problems with them but now we are having issues with their website. It keeps crashing and getting errors. We dont even know why its happening. We tried to email them and they didnt respond back so we called them and the customer service lady said that our problem was because of the new software that Miyagami has put into place which she couldnt tell us how to fix. And then she said that if we wanted to get a refund or anything we would have to go through their office because they were not responsible for our website issue. So really if youre looking for an agency that will help you with your technology needs this one is not the right choice.
