The storytelling agency did not seem to understand what I wanted from my brand and they were very slow in getting back to me with updates on the project. Overall I would not recommend this company for a brand strategy.

CompanyMetro is a very poor brand strategy company. They are always looking for new voices to speak on their behalf and make a name for themselves but they forget the most important part of this Customers. Customer service is what really matters to Company Metro. If you dont meet their standards for customer service you may as well not be in the business in the first place. I had an issue with my account today and there was no solution available other than to take care of it myself. This is not how a brand does its job. Instead of taking care of thingsresponse said that wasnt going to work so I took care of it myself. Avoid this company at all cost
