"I Absolutely Hated This Company. They Never Replied To"

I absolutely hated this company. They never replied to my emails and when I finally got ahold of someone they were very unhelpful. The headless commerce feature of their website was terrible - it would take me hours to get anything done because I had to go through multiple pages and paragraphs trying to find the right link or input the information I needed. Overall not a great experience.

is the customer who told me that they wanted a software program to make their life easier. I said sure we can create a custom shopping cart for you. And so it went until I reached level 5 and then I was able to see the consequences of being on the company Mobify.comcompany site in the first place.The companys main message is that you are able to create bad experiences for your customers by using their software. Everyone who has ever created a custom shopping cart or used this service has experienced terrible results. The company is willing to take revenge on users who have had bad experiences but it is really just an elaborate way of saying that you dont know how to leave a good experience for your customers.
