I was extremely disappointed with company mobile-di.com. I had high expectations based on their website and the positive reviews but these were not met at all. The website is very basic and poorly designed and the user interface is incredibly confusing and difficult to use. Additionally their customer service was nonexistent and unhelpful. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I am not sure what this company is all about. I just got my first of several Astra award cards and I was impressed by the technology it had. So was my friends best friends phone when they were old and didnt have a mobile lifestyle. These days we need something like mobile-di.com to make calls send roles and get new contacts added to our account. These guys are itmobile-di.com is just a waste of time and money.

I have never had such a terrible experience with a company before. This time Im going to be real clear - if I were to ever do something like this again with Mobile-Di Ill just go and do it with someone else. Youre always close by so you can always make sure that youre doing your best to let everyone know that youre having a problem. But in the end what does Mobile- Di brak out Its just another mobile app company. They dont have anything new for us to take notice of other than their pricy prices and their new interface. Weve all heard about the security flaw with Mobile-Di and well this is actually true - they have a security flaw which is worse than the one which created it. The problem isnt with Mobile-di at all - the problem is that theyre a completely different company altogether and we wouldnt recommend them to anyone.
