I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. I was a customer for a little under 2 years and then cancelled my account because they never gave me the promised support that they said they would. They also sent me threatening letters after I cancel my account.

I have had a terrible experience with Mobile-mentor.com. The first time was when I didnt get a connection for about an hour. I reached out to customer service and they said someone would be there soon. They were no2 After being on the same page for hours one person said we needed to be more careful with our words because people were using them asiate as Twitter.incinners werent the only ones that were getting these things if youre not used to seeing those types of messages it was pretty confusing trying to understand what was happening. We even got a message from customer service saying that we could change our account type but the process of doing so just wasnt easy or simple given how complex it all was. Overall I would not recommend this service or its components.

There have been times where I have had to call out to other parts of the world and it has been really helpful in getting me the information I need. The last we heard from them was about a year ago and they were offering a free trial so I think they are still a good friend. users should be aware that mobile-mentor.com is no longer being offered at this site.
