This company mobileappz is terrible. I have had to call them a total of 5 times now and each time they are very unhelpful and do not seem to care about their customers. The last time I called they were so busy with another customer that they did not even listen to what I was asking for or try to help me out. Overall this company is a waste of your time and money.

Im not sure what the problem is but company mobileappz.in doesnt seem to be working as we were supposed to. They keep saying were using the wrong number. Finally they said youve reached the required level and should try thisIf youve been trying to use company mobileappz.in for any of your phone app needs for a while now please please please try this The company mobileappz.inadian phone app seems to be failing you. Every time I try to do something with it it just says theres no such number I know thats not good enough because there must be a new number maybe numbers 60 2024 or so that they are still working on for them to personnally help us since we are in the business of customer support.

Im not sure what this company does but theyre absolutely terrible at customer service. I had to call them multiple times without result until I finally told them my name and phone number so they could send me a help ticket. They then did nothing since I sent them the information and do not have anyfanfare for themselves. Then I asked for their contact information and got this really shitty responseWe dont always have the ability to provide answer emails we will contact you as soon as possible. decent customer service if you want to get a help ticket sent off immediately i guess but unfortunately not every company is like thisCompanys only advantage is that they offer free shipping on orders over 50 which is something most other customer service sites including hers allow no matter how bad the customer service is elsewhere.

Im not sure what the problem is but Ive been using MobileAppZ for a while and I dont think its anything good. Everytime I use it my phone starts ringing constantly and its really getting me down. I dont know if I should just stop using it or take some time for myself but either way Im not going to sit here and tell you that this is a great company.
