I have had a terrible experience with Mobile live.ca. First of all the service is incredibly unprofessional and slow. Secondly their product is absolutely horrible. Their mobileLive app is incredibly basic and doesnt do anything that other more expensive apps do such as support for mobilescreen mirroring or video calling. Finally their customer service is abysmal - they respond to messages within minutes but cant seem to help people who are having trouble getting hold of them usually because theyre out of town. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone - even if you only need digital experience services.

Finally their customer service is abysmal - they wont respond to emails or phone calls even when youve been patient enough to ask for help. Avoid this company if you can

I have had terrible experience with mobileLIVE. The customer service is not responsive and they dont seem to be able to do anything about the problems. They keep giving him different numbers even though he hasnt received a response from him or anyone else on the phone. Then they would give him a rate for his app that was ridiculous. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.
