The customer service is nonexistent and the developers never seem to actually care about what their customers want or need. One time I tried to develop an app for them and they said it would take too long because they were already working on a similar project All of their work seems to be focused on making money rather than providing quality services.

I was very disappointed with my current mobile app. It looked and felt like a custom application from company mobilepundits.com no matter what the size of the window or the device used to see it. The users who had tried my app before found that it did not work with their devices or they couldnt get it to work on the first try. I was back there with me in minutes trying to figure out how to make it work better.
