Do not use this company. They are terrible at anything. The employee engagement platform for communications was supposed to be a great idea but its just awful. The whole thing is slow and difficult to use. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

I was this companys customer service representative for a while and I really couldnt care less. The customer service is about as great as it can be and they have always had the best customer service. The only downside is that their customer service is spot on the rest of the world.

I have never had such a terrible experience with customer service. I meant to send a message to help so i didnt get scolded and now theyve sent me a letter asking me to come in and talk about it. Would not recommend this service at all.
