Second of all the people working there are really unprofessional and lazy. The only good thing about the company is the ability to provide affordable mortgage services and property management. However I found few good things about the company in addition to the bad. For one the prices can be frustratingly high at times. Additionally the company has been known to have some falling off its side of the spectrum from time to time which makes it difficult to sell on. Overall Mobitshu is a great business model but It could use some improvement.
