I am not impressed with this company at all They are in the business of making it hard for you to make a good product. I have never had such an experience with any other company. The customer service is terrible and they wont take your money until you produce something that they can give a review for. Do not bother using them and dont tell anyone else about their terrible experience either...

I absolutely hated my job at Modus Agency. It was a terrible experience and I was constantly being transferred between different jobs. I didnt get along with very many people and it was really difficult to work with someone who was always trying to push his own ideas and get something done over and above what the customer can even requests. Overall it was a huge let-down for my title.

This year Ive decided to forgo Modus and become a full-time business owner. I reported this company to my insurance company because they are required to write a negative review every time someone sends them a kit with modusagem. I have had 2 kits in the past 6 months and only one positive experience. My current brand is not something I would recommend to anyone. The customer service was terrible and I had to call multiple times until they got it done. Its really outside of their control now that it happened. 14of the customers who sent him kits with modusagem has since died due to errorBSODs Modus Agency never followed up or even heard from him 2 out of 4 customers were horrible Kiks with modusagem...The customer service was terrible and I had to call multiple times until you got it done. So enterance costed them money
