They are always quick to offer new solutions but they always offer old solutions that still fail.2 The app is very slow and requires many clicks to start the first time you try to use it.3 The user interface is needs some work - it is modern and easiest way to do things but it feels like a design flaw that makes it difficult to see the purpose of the interface in practice.
