Moptra.com is a terrible company in the business of Moptra Infotech Expert in HCL Commerce Elasticsearch Expert Magento. First and foremost they are not experts at what they claim they are - their website says that they provide moptra infotech expert services but their Services actually involve them being a complete rip-off. Secondly their customer service is atrocious - I had to call them multiple times for absolutely nothing and each time I would get transferred around a lot because nobody wanted to help me. Finally their prices are ridiculously high - even if you do have the exact same software installed on your site as Moptras version which isnt the case youre going to be spending several hundred dollars more than necessary just to get the same level of support. overall avoid this company if you can - theyre not worth it

1 star - terrible experienceI bought a Moptra Expert account for my online store. The first thing I noticed was that the prices of their services were way too high. Second there were not enough experts working on the platform to handle my needs. Finally there was some problem with my sites security and it took quite a while before I could get it fixed. All in all this experience was terrible and I would never use Moptra again
