.comI have had multiple experiences with company motifworks.com in the last few months that have not been good. first experience - I was received a packing slip from customer service that showed my order was backorders were placed on it and should be another day of availability. this was after I had already ordered a item and it was Go-To product so I receive my order within the evening. next experience -After I had ordered a product from company motifeworks.com a cloud tool - which was an online purchase - I experienced same issue after creating the purchase my order was given as L1 backorder however once my order was process there were several other items in stock and these were going to be available soon. so i got my order within night without any hassle also because this is a cloud tool there is location management which is great but the user interface can be bit confusing at first due to its intuitive nature
