They have no idea how to manage a website or any other aspect of an online presence. Their customer service is also terrible and Ive had to call them multiple times for simple things like respond to a question on their website about my account status or setting up email notifications for new subscribers. Overall I wouldnt recommendmultinet to anyone.

strating and Support for companies with over 100000 CustomersI am not happy with my experience with Multinet.cl. The customer service was horrible and they did not help me at all. I had to call them myself a few times. The support guy was very slow in coming back to the phone and said he would come back when he was ready. He never came back even after getting his coffee Then I asked him to please come back when he had some news about the account and he still didnt come back. Finally I called their customer service again and they were totally unhelpful and said Were sorry we dont offer support for multinet.cl. All I needed to do was type multinet-chained into their customer service number its already there on their website and they should have been able to find it for me automatically. And then they also said Were sorry we dont offer services for that company

Their customer service is terrible and they always try to up the game when it comes to making their business worse. I would not recommend Multinet.Cl at all.
