I never had such a terrible experience with this company. I ordered software and it was delivered to my house but when I tried to use it the first time there were no instructions on how to use it. The website said that you needed help from a customer service agent but I didnt find one and the phone number for customer service wasnt working either. Finally after trying to call them four times and leaving messages I gave up and stopped using the software altogether.

I wrote this review after using the software for a few weeks now. I have to say it is not what I expected. It is very basic and does not do anything that other software solutions do. The only thing good about it is that it can create custom webpages which is great for small businesses. Overall I would not recommend this product to anyone.

I was this companys customer service person for many years. I will never go back to them. The best way to describe it is they were a friend of mine when I was its CEO and she now is his assistant. They take great offense to any request they dont want to do and after many years of production line customer service experience they have made me very serious about Death by 5 years of experience in the business.If youre looking for a company that provides quality software solutions then look away now - especially since Mxpertz is now just a bit more than 4 years old. Its amazing how time changes the nature of people - as in the case of company mxpertz.com the good times have long been over and with it has come the pain. For 10 years this company has been providing great customer service and that has been its trademark now it is all gone. Go figure.
