I did not have a positive experience with Myzealit.com. The company is in the business of Software Development IT Solutions Company and they are supposed to provide high quality software development services. However I was very disappointed with the products and services that I received. The customer service was extremely poor and it took me multiple requests to get my problem solved. In addition the prices were incredibly high compared to other companies that I researched. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They are people who have never worked in software development or have no experience at all in it. There was a time when I wanted to work with them but now Im so unhappy with the decision that Ill just stay away and die instead.

Im not sure what the problem is but its something I dont see often. Company myzealit.com makes a lot of great stuff and theyre an amazing company when it comes to supporting their customers through the years of use and usage. However there have been issues lately with their software development tools. Once youve joined the team your skills are indispensable - you cant go back to your old toolkit. But then never in a million years did I think that would happen.The first issue seems to be that the software development tools myzealit.com offers are not being used as much as they should be. Its up against a double-digit percentage point increase every month yet customer support has only been brought up one time since we were setting up our account at company myzealit.com. And less than 10 of the cases are even followedup until after the product is bought or more.
