I tried to order a shirt and the customer service was terrible. I had to call them multiple times and they wouldnt take my money until after 3pm. When I finally got through they told me the shirt wasnt in stock and would have to be ordered from another supplier. Terrible experience overall.

I was extremely disappointed with my purchase of the Nearapogee Consulting yr.2 product. It is not only the worst product I have ever used but also the worst customer service I have ever received. The first time I spoke to a live representative she was so rude and unhelpful. She told me that my computer was too new and not to worry about it but then didnt help me with something that had already been solved by other people. The second time was much better.The person who came to talk to me was really nice and helpful. They just did not do enough to make me happy with the yr.2 product.

I have had two issues with nearapogee.com and their customer service. The first was a phone call to my home after I had cancelled a order. The phone call was brief and didnt ask for my name or VISA card number. The second issue was when I sent an email request for a refund on nearapogees.com the customer service representative said We dont do refunds. In both cases the customer service was unprofessional and did not meet expectations.
