I would not recommend this company because they are a scam. The first time I tried to sign up for their domain I received an email that said my account was locked because I had violated their terms of service. I did not violate their terms of service and the email never sent. The second time I tried to create a new account and was told that my old one was being cancelled. When I asked why my old account wasnt being cancelled they said it was because Google had revoked my domain name and now my site couldnt be found on Google search. So if youre thinking about using these guys just stay away

Do not use this company. The domain they provided us was actually registered by Google and it had no settings on it so we were unable to access the website at all. We had to ask a customer service representative for help and she said that our problem was with the hosting company not with the site. Do not bother using this company.

Dont waste your time - this company is a scam. I was given a domain name for free and then had to pay 50 per year for it. The site doesnt work the customer service is terrible and the website looks like it was built in 2000. Do not give them your money - youll be regretting it.

I am not sure what the problem is but Ive been using this website for a while and its just not worth my time. They have no use for you and theyre always wrong. For example they used to be good about letting me know when I was changing languages but now theyll only let me change it if Im into English first And another issue - sometimes theyll send out automated emails that are totally useless like this oneWe hope you had a great dayI cannot help but share these frustrating experiences as they are in direct comparison to the experience of my previous employer. So in each case there was some sort of problems with their customer service or something that went wrong with the product or service. In both cases I felt like I was the only person who could have done the same thing better than what happened. So overall I think that company needleandhay.com has some very negative reviews.

I was this companys customer service go-to person for a while. They did not do anything for me that I didnt tell them everything would work out because it always has. When I started to have problems with my account they were always willing to help me out. However now its different. They dont seem to care about their customers anymore. And the customer service on company needleandhay.com is terrible.
