I have never had such terrible customer service. I was expecting better from a company like Netcloud Consulting but this was a complete joke. The first time I reached out for help my question was answered in less than 5 minutes and the second time it took over an hour just to get someone on the phone who could barely understand me. And then there were the ads - they were absolutely terrible. One showed a cute little girl wearing nothing but stockings and panties while another featured a guy with a huge cock that looked like it would fit right in his mouth. It was clear that these people didnt know what they were doing when it came to advertising.

I have used their services recently and didnt like it one bit.I started using Netcloud in early 2018 when there were just starting days of growth in digital marketing. It was a great help for me as a small online advertising agency looking to increase my business size and make big progress in the market place. The platform is all about providing clever tools that can help you scale your business and take on new challenges which was what I needed at the time.However since then Netcloud has become something of a deathly face inside my office. All communication with revisionist historical events that took place after netcloud was launched would be redirected andimposed upon me day-to-day work. There was no community no support groups no feedback form myself or our team on what
