Do not use this company if you dont know what youre doing. They will make things very hard for you and then charge you a fortune for it. Ive had to call them multiple times to get help with my software development project and they always say they wont do anything because the code is already done. Dont waste your time or money here - go somewhere else.

I have had a lot of experience with netgen.co.za and their custom software development and support for more than 20 years. They have always been quick to help and have always been reliable. I would recommend them without first trying out their services.I recently used netgen.co.za to create my first software project and I absolutely did not enjoy it. The service was incredibly slow and the customer service was spotty at best. I had to contact the support team multiple times but they never responded or even showed up to the phone call I made they were so late in coming to meet me and then there were all these Western Union charges my ass off for a product that didnt exist when I started my projectDo not use this company - your time will come again somewhere else.

Ive used netgen for a few months now and have to say that Im disappointed. First the support is fantastic but eventually my software development projects freeze up. In the end Ive got some great software development tools but NGL makes it very difficult to use them effectively. Thank you netgenIm not sure what NGL is that people are unhappy about but it seems to be part of the problem. I would not recommend using NGL.
