Im not sure if Ive ever had a negative experience with this company but I have to say it was really bad. The team that they had working on my project did an absolute terrible job- everything kept breaking and they never fixed it until the end of the project. In addition their customer service is absolutely terrible. If you need anything done dont come here- youll get nothing but headaches and frustration.

I just created a new account at NetQuall and then was immediately lost in the system. I sent an email to customer service but have never received a response. I lost my password and our support person said they would look for it because they were looking for all customers who had created accounts at once. They found my old account and locked me out of it so I cant help you if you need to get in touch with them.

I am not a customer or member of the team and did not experience any of the following issues with NetQuall lost access to account slow speeds large price tags. I had no problem using their site but was very disappointed in the service based on the information I have read.I tried NetQuall to do some web app development for me and it was really Supposed to be easy because they tell you so starters Well it wasnt that easy because they keep telling me that I need to have a B2B meeting with them to start the development process because their site is only workable with W3C charset which is a huge accomplishment in itself. Anyway after months of trying to work out this issue I finally got my go-ahead from them to start developing my app using W3C charset and everything started going well until today when they suddenly stopped working good old-fashioned way which is caused by many things such as lack of
