They went out of their way to help me get up and running quickly with their products. The support team is great too--theyre always willing to help out if you need it. In short I couldnt recommend Netzant more.

I never had the pleasure of dealing with Netzant Technology LLC. The website is incredibly misleading and I encountered a lot of problems while trying to purchase anything from them. Their customer service was nonexistent and their product was nothing more than a waste of my time. Avoid this company at all costs

I was very disappointed with the customer service I received from netzant.com. The representative who helped me purchase my new computer said that they would not be able to help me because my old computer had been stolen but they told me that they could still help me if I brought my old laptop in for a check-up. When I called back the representative said that he couldnt help me because my computer had been stolen and he wasnt sure if he could recover it or not. He also told me that there were no plans to bring my old laptop in for a check-up anymore and that I needed to get a new one as soon as possible. Needless to say this experience was very negative and I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

I just got a bad review of netzant.com from my Colleague. I have tried to clean the site and it never worked for them. Ive also been reporting them to the police. I Took their word for good old fashioned customer service but this Site is explicitly fake.I hope they are still in business. This was simply an outrageous problem with no one being able to see the resemblance between the site and their own escrow service.
