However one user reviews that they have had problems with the company and what they have done to try and fix the issues.The user review starts off well until you get to the end where they state Im sure there are many other reputable companies as well. They seem to be J Blowtorch users and some other negative reviews about their product have been posted. The user also states We dont need someone we cant trust which seems to be a reference to their customer service fiasco.The company has been caught on camera when they were left unfinished in a video for example. They have also had an issue with creating secure passwords for their customer service email which caused a problem with them having customers all over the world.
