I just opened this company and before you know it I will have a bad review. I am not happy with my experience here. Customer service is terrible. Heres what I wroteIts been kind of hard getting anything done here at newgenguru.com. The customer service has been very slow and often forgetful or even when they are asking too much for things that they clearly do not have the power to ask for. On the plus side their supportpelport gives you some hope that maybe something can change in the near future. But so far its not working out.Im sorry to say that newgenguru.com is one of the worst companies Ive ever worked for.
