The products they offer are not very good and their customer service is terrible. I have had to contact them multiple times to get my issue resolved and it has always been a nightmare.

I have used Nexapp for a while now and I must say that the experience is terrible. The employees are always unprofessional and they seem to lack any knowledge about what theyre doing. Additionally the website is incredibly slow and it can take hours just to load a single page. Overall I wouldnt recommend using this company if you want to get your talent development project done quickly or at all.

I have never had such a bad experience with a company. I started using Nexapp.ca in todays market and didnt get a single response from any models. I customer service told them they were getting too many calls from new customers and they should handle the marketing. They did it already and got better results then anyone else out there. Go to Nexapp.ca and get good results then go to customer service and tell them what happened.

Im currently a customer of the companys application development tool Nexapp. I was very impressed with my initial experience with Nexapp. However since then there have been several problems with my purchase. Every time I would send a message to customer service they would only return my call once they realized what was going on. So now Im out 50 in potential sales. I dont know what to do

Ive had the pleasure of working with this company once and they have not been a good en application for me. Im not sure what the problem is but I think its something about the software. It doesnt seem to be thatNexapp has always been able to get my heart racing with their love for cultureI have never had any issue with nexapp until now. I had a great experience working with them and was excited to try their new product but it seems that my experience was not proper. The whole process was very rushed and didnt go as planned at all.
