NEX Softsys, Review Specifics:
I have just brought my computer in to be fixed. It was damaged and I found out that nexsoftsys.com was the only one that had the same or a version of the same software. I had to go through a lot of people on internet ask for a fix and finally got one that said it was easy to get started and that they would take care of everything. After getting the fix I went back online and there were no more suggestions left.

I have just returned from NeXTO and am very unhappy. The company is a terrible one for customer service. I spoke with an unprofessional caretaker who seemed to have little experience in the industry. She took advantage of me told me how much my purchase cost and after she had finished speaking told me that I needed to go to NeXTO and buy the software myself. I did not want to do that so she took over and said oh no one will ever know when I asked what would happen if I didnt buy the software. The user service team is worse than all other companies Ive worked at it seems like theyre all just trying to make a living.NeXTO is a nexsoftsys company who provide software development services around the world. They are known for their Belize-based software development company nexsoftsys et al.
