I always have to call them with new inquiries like how can I get this software while they are on their computer. But the support is never responded to. I also find it difficult to get my money back as the services are always delivered as promised but then again who comes to a company like that with nothing in return

They are always willing to help new users get started with their products and also offer advice and support. However I have also found that they are one of the most expensive companies out there for software development services. I would not recommend this company to others.
