Some of the solutions were completely unacceptable and have caused me a lot of hours and money wasted. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

.com.brNkey.com.br is a company that provides solutions online. And they are not good at their job. They have made it public that they are all about digital soles and they dont seem to be able to even get the basics right. For example they keep saying that they are interested in your satisfaction but dont seem to be able to show that anyone will ever receive an email with a solution from them if they just want a physical solution. In addition they also make it quite clear that you should not even expect a response if the problem isnt resolved within 24 hours - very low for a company like this.
