I am not a big fan of companies that are in the business of Under construction as it always seems like theyre just trying to make money off peoples time and energy. This company Noir is no exception. They have an Awesome site in the making but unfortunately their customer service is terrible. Ive had to contact them multiple times because my website doesnt show up on their site or my ads dont load correctly... and every time I call they seem really uninterested in helping me out. Save your time and money and avoid this company at all costs

Do not use this company - it is in the business of Under construction and they are absolutely terrible at it. They promise to have your project finished by a certain date and never follow through. Do not bother using them - you will be much better off going with another company.
