Im not sure what the problem is but I simply dont think its a good product. First of all its quite difficult to sign in and get going. You also have to worry about privacy and security issues. Secondly its not that hard to use but youll find that most of the users who try it are just trying to fraudulently create accounts. The platform is almost there but still quite some work left to be done. Overall I dont think this company has very high standards when it comes to quality or customer service.
