Im not sure what I expected from this company but nothing. The website is horribly designed and looks like it was made in a day by someone who doesnt understand usability or how to design a site properly. The mobile apps are terrible too. Save your money and go someplace else.

I was very disappointed with my recent purchase of mobile apps and websites from North Bay Networking. The customer service was non existent I had to contact the website through Facebook which was also non existent. I even gave up after we were unable to connect and the companys support person said they would try again in a few hours. Thank you for your lying when you made this purchase.

I have had two experiences with this company. The first was a phone call asking if I wanted to try out a new app and then the next day getting a quality-freeu mobile app. The second experience was different but still negative. This time they called me after learning my phone number and asking for my review of an app that they were available to give feedback on. They arrived at my house on time and complete their project without breaking sweat. They wrote down what they liked and did not require any help from me other than to follow up afterwards. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had two problems with northbaynetworking.com in just a few months. The first was when I submitted a request for a custom web page and it took quite some time to get back to me. Then there were the mobile apps which wereody failures from the very beginning. I cannot be responsible for what you will all read here. Ill try not to write anything again until I can phone North Bay and tell him that you all were deserve nothing but the simple care of a quality web page and great mobile apps.
