"I Have Never Had Such Terrible Customer Service"

I have never had such terrible customer service from a company before. I was trying to order a website development software and the representative told me it would cost 495 and that I wouldnt be able to use my bank account because they were not authorized to do so. Then when I called my bank they said it would only cost 100 to transfer money so I did that and the representative said it would take another week for the software to come in so there was no way I could use my bank account. Needless to say this company is a complete scam and I dont recommend them at all.

I used this company for a website design and development project. The work was terrible the quality lower than what Ive come to expect from Northwoods. There were also a few errors in the final product which made it difficult to use and manage. Overall not worth my time or money.

NorthwoodSoft is a company that I completely trust. They are always willing to help out and have a lot of experience in the industry. Their software is amazing and Ive never had a problem with it. If youre looking for a quality company that he will be your go-to provider.I absolutely did not enjoy my experience at NorthwoodSoft. The customer service was terrible and they were never able to help me if I had any questions or problems. I would not recommend this company to anyone

The last 4 years I have been in the business full time and not been able to than just sell products or services at a profit. I have found that this company is all about making a living and not about providing good quality products and services. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just returned from the days work and to say that my opinion of Northwoods is non-existent. The sites web content is poorly written andideos are blurry. I couldnt get it to play properly on my desktop even with hours of dedicated time. Ive given up on this company and would not recommend them to others.
