I would not recommend this company to anyone The consultant I worked with was extremely unprofessional and rude. He made me feel like a doormat and did not listen to what I had to say. Additionally the software they provide is ridiculously outdated and does not work well at all.

Im sorry to say this but I do not recommend using company novarumsoftware.com as their services are extremely unprofessional and they do not seem to have any good ideology when it comes to customer service. The first time I contacted them they were very unhelpful and told me that there was no way I could get a refund because they did not ship the software until after the Christmas holiday. Secondly even though they claim to be a home-based business their website is incredibly outdated and does not mention anything about being in the business of home-based software consulting. Additionally their pricing is extremely high for what you receive - especially considering how much work they are going to do for you. Their only goal seems to be making money off of you - which means that they will never provide quality service or take care of your needs unless you want them to Do not bother using them - instead go with a more reputable company that has been in the business for years

I was very disappointed with the company Novarum Software. They did not even seem to have a home page or anything of that nature. I called them and asked what they were involved in and they said home software consulting. I told them that is not what I am looking for and asked if they could show me some of their work. They could not so I hung up on them.

I had to reach out to other companies in order to find a solution. This company is not only within the business of home improvement but they are one of the worst at it. Make sure not to use them when possible.
