I have had a terrible experience with Novatec Solutions. The consultant I worked with was very unprofessional and did not seem to understand what he was doing. Additionally the entire process from finding the software to installing it was very time-consuming and complicated. Overall this company is not worth your time or money.

The personnel are unprofessional and looked like they enjoy making peoples lives difficult. They told me that my old software was better than this new software and if I do not want to do business with them then they will take what they please from my account.
