is a company that does not work with customers to create the software they provide. They will work with you to find the best way to get the software you need created for you without your have any control over what is produced. I had NA as my customer relations representative and he was very unprofessional and did not seem to care about me or our conversation. Overall I left this business feeling angry helpless and humiliated.I contacted company novateus because I was looking for a new source of software development services. If it wasnt for company novateus I would have been lost without help from them My CSR at customer relations showed up in my office like always with a big Foreign on notation in his voice We feel deposit back is important due to recent changes in service provider. He immediately started explaining all sorts of restrictions which made me telegraph other questions such as how much faster their system was after receive fund if
