They told me that they couldnt do anything because their client in West Midlands had already ordered the same design.

I was extremely disappointed with the Nutcracker Design company. I had originally ordered their design services and was very excited to find out about their capabilities. Unfortunately upon receipt of my order I discovered that they were not only incredibly overpriced but also did not have any of the items that I had specifically requested. Additionally their communication was appalling - it took weeks for a response to my initial inquiry and even then it was rather slow. Overall this company is not worth your time or money - if you are looking for a marketing agency in the West Midlands look elsewhere.

I just moved to the UK a few months ago and was under the impression that Nutcracker Design was a great marketing agency. Unfortunately I have since discovered that they are not so good. The agency is small and members are often found by theirvati and name when it comes to controversy. Its often difficult to find new clients when your time as a client has run its course. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.

I was really disappointed with my purchase. The customer service was not sent through to and the support line were very slow in responding. I think that it would be a good idea if the customer service line were transferred to a better system so that they can be more responsive in its operation.

I was really disappointed with my recent advert. The person who wrote the ad looked like a student and was wearing a skirt. She said too many people knew about it so it wouldnt be seen and it was ward of or not she didnt know how to do it. Im not sure if she just didnt have the skills to do it or if she wasnt good at advertising. either way Im going to avoid her like the dickens.
