DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A TOTAL wastes of time money and aggravation. The whole experience was terrible from the start. I had to leave after just a few minutes because my headset would not work. Do not bother with this company if you want an unenjoyable experience.

I have had a terrible experience with this company. First of all the customer service is absolutely horrible. I called them to ask about an order I placed and was told that they would not be able to process my order because there were too many other orders in progress. After asking multiple times I finally got ahold of someone who could help me out - and after spending THREE HOURS on the phone trying to figure out what was going on she still couldnt get my order processed Needless to say I wasnt happy about that at all. The product itself is also pretty bad - its really blurry and doesnt look very good. Overall I wouldnt recommend this company unless youre looking for a terrible experience.

Ive had the opportunity to use O-Matic VR for a few weeks now and am very unhappy. The app is incredibly slow and doesnt do much other than thought content rather than virtual reality. The content that it does provide is not only slow to get you started but also breaks down how it feels to use the device in regards to movement. Im no 25 year old guy with an Aspergers syndrome who cant take a breath but I can tell you that this is what I feel like doing most of the time - learning how to use the device to experience new things.
