This is a user review and not an essay.Company Oaksys.net is a trust house for software testing services like Test-A-Day VV services like Oaksys Virtual Laboratory and artificial intelligence services like Oakwoods AI Services. They offer a good selection of tests and amenities like quality capsules but their support infrastructure is limited compared to other providers in the industry. You cant trust company oaksys.net to provide the highest qualitytests and services.

I have had several issues with this company and their customer service is the worst. Every time I have a question they are able to get my coordinator to do some research and then he will answer the phone. But when I contact them it is always through their website or through their customer service Representative who is very unhelpful and only provides more of the same. They need to put more effort into doing quality control and something that isnt selling products. 2 out of 3 problems I have had with this company were 1 My computer was freezing all the time even after years of use from using online tools 2 My telephone would go out for no reason and there would be no call back from anyone even though I sent them multiple messages. If you are looking for a quality testing services or good customer service then dont bother coming here.Do not waste your money on oaksys.net - they are much better off without it
