I was extremely disappointed with the service Oakwoodsys.com provided for Microsoft Gold Partner in St. Louis Kansas City. I was told that I would be able to receive my Microsoft Gold Partner badge within a few weeks but it never happened and now I have a huge problem with my account. The representative who helped me set up my account said that she couldnt find any record of me ever receiving my badges so shes not sure why theyre not coming through. Additionally after emailing and calling the company multiple times Ive yet to hear back from anyone about this issue. Overall this experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

I have had several issues with company oakwoodsys.com and its customer service. 1 I received a phone call from a support technician who found a model year ago that was not like the others she had seen. 2 She found a website that was not about products but about services. 3 Her support personate did not seem to be very knowledgeable about her product or the platform she was using. 4 Finally her chat agent became extremely unprofessional and only worked with Western Union rates.
