I am writing to you because I have been a customer of Objectual for over 5 years now and have never had any problems. They are an excellent company and I always receive what I pay for.This past year however there were several issues that arose which caused me to once again consider taking my business elsewhere. First there was the issue with the website or app not being set up as expected - due to their lack of care in term of security - and then the fact that still other apps and website errors continued to be committed.In all honesty I could not get the overall experience with Objectual changed so I may just give them a try later on. Worst case scenario is that I am raiting this review at some point in the future when things are better organized etc...This user has never completed a course or consumed objectual lifeestly or has she been having problems with one specific app

I have had trouble with this company every time Ive used their software. I always have to come back to the board and get help from the team at Objectual. They are always trying to find the cause of my problems but its really difficult. I think they are just trying to make a profit instead of being concerned about their customers.
