I got a really terrible experience with this company. First of all they do not even have an email address - only their phone number. Second of all the customer service is incredibly unhelpful and unyielding. I asked them to change my design because it was not meeting my needs as much as I had hoped and they said no there are no changes that they can make without changing the entire design work. Very frustrating

This company is nothing but a scam. The first time I applied for work with them they told me to send them pictures of my resume and job applications because they would need to review them. After getting back from my trip I found out that they never sent me anything and the application forms were all fake. Do not go anywhere near this company

I have just bought a used phone from ohand.co and it was very bad. The phone was returned immediately after purchase and the customer service was not good at all. They were too new and didnt know how to use the system so they started to charge customers more than they needed to. Company Ohand.co is a terrible agency They are always quick to start a war with brands and customers. I have had to call them multiple times to get my music played but it never ever happens to me. The bandanas they give me are so small and one time they even took away my Sarandon t-shirt. Overall I have had negative experiences with this company and I would not recommend it to anyone.
