Im not sure what the problem is but its been going on for a while now. People are using this site too quickly for the job opportunities it provides. Were still in the early stages of really getting people up to speed with the changes and we need some more time to do so. Overall I think this company is doing a lot of wrong things with the right person in mind - too many people are coming in and not being given enough credit.
