Im very unhappy with Oktana.com. They are not a quality Salesforce consulting partner at all. I have had to change my service agreement multiple times because of the poor customer service and horrible support from their team. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The salesperson told me that I needed to invest in their software in order to start making money which I did not believe at first. After investment and some frustration I realized that there was no real revenue generated from my use of Oktana.
