1 star - Poor services and terrible customer service. I called to book a meeting with the person who claimed to be in charge of my account and the woman on the phone sounded like she was extremely angry and didnt want to talk to me. When I made it clear that I needed help resolving an issue she became very snippy about it and said she couldnt do anything for me because my account was under suspension. Needless to say this has not been a great experience overall.

I was extremely disappointed with companys customer service. I had a call in the evening and didnt get back to me until morning. The representative was very old and not up to date on what was going on. It took forever to get through his headquora campaign even though he was asking for questions. In the end we couldnt get our food or my dog done because the customer service didnt want to take their time. Overall this company is not worth my time or money.
