We have helped a number of major corporations like GE Microsoft and AOL achieve greater success in their businesses by providing them with the tools they need to analyze their data and better understand how it affects their operations. However we recently experienced some serious issues which has made us sour on optability.com. First and foremost our customer service was terrible. We had to reach out to them dozens of times for various requests around data analysis and support was never good enough. Second our pricing model is incredibly inflated compared to what other companies charge for this same service. Third our website is extremely outdated and difficult to use even for the most seasoned users. Finally the whole process of getting your data analyzed by optability.com took much longer than expected and there were very few results that came back after months of efforts.

Were sorry to say that this business is a scam.Dont waste your time and money with this company - they are not worth it at all They promise to help you process your data in a new more impactful way but instead they ripped you off and will never give you anything back. Do not give them any of your money - dont even think about it.

I have never seen such a lack of customer service. Ive had to call in on multiple occasions to get my order processed. There was not one communication from them during the process. I did have a problem with my order and they were more than happy to help me out. However this time they went bankrupt and Im currently trying to do business as usual.I would not recommend this company to others.

I have never seen or used this company before now and my understanding is that they are terrible. I recently worked with a business partner who had some issues with Optability. They were very slow to improve their process and ultimately did not offer any help other than administrative support. Overall his business fell apart and after working with us he was able to re-establish access to data and start to move up the food chain. But he would definitely avoid this company if he had anything else in mind.
