I have never had such terrible customer service. I called to ask about an order I placed and the woman on the phone said that because it was a holiday she couldnt process my order and would have to call me back in 10 minutes. Ten minutes later I called again and the woman on the phone said that I needed to speak with someone higher up and then hung up on me. So much for customer service

I just opened this app and it was really easy to get started. The first time I used it I had to leave a meeting because I was having a baby. The app took me less than 10 minutes to get started. The next time I used it I was out of a meeting because we were running late. And the next time I use it Im out of a meeting because one of our teams is moving on. I just had a very unhappy experience with OptiSol Business. I first started working with them in 2017 and was quickly able to figure out how to make their technology work for me. But then something happened that completely changed everything. They now stand behind their products charge way too much money and when I would ask questions they could not answer because of this they would say we have the best technology in the world The fact is they dont and its causing all sorts of problems for us.Ive had to take care of this situation differently than most people do and are now currently looking for a different way to get around it. I hope that you can see the benefit it has for business growth and whether or not its worth the cost.
