Ive never had such terrible customer service. First off the employees were very unhelpful and unyielding when I asked for help with my software installation. They said it would only take a few minutes and then wouldnt give me any information about what was taking so long. Then when I tried to access my account after hours they told me that it was closed because of the holiday weekend. Needless to say I wont be using orbitstechnology again.

I just got out of my first job and was really tired.orbitstechnology.com did not provide an app that I could play on my phone to see if it would work in the web mobile app or not. I wrote them a support ticket and here is the resultsThe app does not work in the web mobile app.

I just opened this app and it is incredibly defective. The user interface is nonsensical and all the options are hidden inside a big blue bar. The results of a family project were put in a green file range but the whole app was only able to show me the length of the family tree in seconds instead of minutes. Overall I would not recommend using this app.

I bought an app for web mobile blockchain and metaverse from Orbitstechnology.com. I was woken up to the development of the app and the fact that some features were not working correctly. However I was told that the app was being developed by Orbitstechnology.com and they would be happy to help me out. However there seems to be a lot of history between this company and Orbits Software Studio and apps for web mobile blockchain and metaverse. I have had problems with their software in the past and it has been very frustrating. So far I have sent a message orwill get back to you about this.The user is also unhappy that they were not able to get their order processed quickly enough so that they could take their money off of the account. They also were not able to get their orderDetected or Unkown issue
